Job Title: Marketing Operations Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Application Specialist to join our team at Appian Corporation. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for leading our lead journey and digital nurture activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective digital nurture campaigns leveraging a modern martech stack.
  • Collaborate with industry marketing and paid media teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Operationalize and provide enablement for key martech tools, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
  • Analyze lead automation performance and provide insights to strengthen company performance.
  • Lead data projects, including data hygiene and enrichment work, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide first-line support to a diverse marketing organization to support go-to-market activities.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience with operating and managing tools in a modern digital marketing stack.
  • Experience with data analytics and audience segmentation.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and points.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • BS/BA degree.
