Compensation: $88,000 - $98,000 annually

Position Summary: The Marketing Operations Manager is integral to the execution of the organization's marketing and communication strategies. This role encompasses the management of content schedules, website modifications, newsletter evaluations, event assistance, internal communications, CRM list oversight, and media analysis reports. Collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, this position is pivotal in shaping the organization's public narrative across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Marketing & Communications Operations
    • Conduct strategic planning and business unit evaluations
    • Create and maintain content schedules
    • Manage project requirements and campaign outcomes
  • Act as Support for Marketing Communications
    • Assist with website modifications, email initiatives, and events
    • Provide support for internal communications
  • Manage Workflow & Enhance Processes
    • Identify project dependencies and opportunities
    • Effectively manage timelines and approvals
  • Facilitate Training and Development
