The Marketing Operations Support Specialist provides essential administrative assistance to Goodwin's Marketing Team. This role is integral to the Client Development and Marketing Contract and Budget processes. The Specialist collaborates with the team to manage data, monitor contract progress, and assist with the midyear budget review, ensuring budget entries are accurately maintained throughout the year. These responsibilities often require interaction with various functional areas within the Marketing Department, including Client Development, Legal Review, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the processing of all Client Development and Marketing Contracts through legal review in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
  • Communicate the status of contracts as they progress through the review stages.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all contracts under legal review.
  • Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of annual budgets for Marketing Operations and Client Development.
  • Support the Marketing Operations team in conducting mid-year budget reviews.
  • Aid in updating policies and procedures on the firm's intranet.
  • Create and distribute weekly internal communications to relevant teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Some prior experience (internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles) in marketing or a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with attorneys and other professional staff.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including web-based research, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
