Job Description

OPEXUS, a leading provider of government process management software, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, as well as providing operational support to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize our salesforce roles and profiles to ensure alignment with our organizational chart.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Document and maintain our revenue operations reporting, including procedures, responsibilities, and instructions.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct audits of lead records to identify completeness and process breakdowns, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Technical Support: Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and functionality, including support for Support, CSQL, and other systems.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Develop and maintain weekly reports for internal stakeholders, and assist with large projects to enrich our contact database.
  • Process Automation: Help clean up legacy reports and records in our CRM, and assist with the development of training materials for internal projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, English, or a related field.
