Vice President of Operations

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee and drive growth, productivity, and operational excellence across various restaurant markets in the US. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, this role involves leading regional operations while upholding company standards and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic plans for restaurant operations
  • Provide leadership and direction to regional managers to align with company goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and financial targets to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure quality, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards in all locations
  • Develop training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
  • Support new restaurant openings and expansions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Operations
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Experience in financial management and P&L responsibility
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
