The ALL Family of Companies is a prominent leader in the crane rental and sales industry, known for its extensive network and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a dedicated Parts Administrator to enhance our operations.
Position Overview
The Parts Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our parts department. This full-time, non-exempt position offers a comprehensive benefits package and is eligible for a Candidate Sign-On Bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the parts area.
- Compile and maintain accurate records of inventory, pricing, shortages, shipments, and usage.
- Distribute materials and supplies to staff or customers based on work orders and requisitions.
- Place orders with various vendors through phone, email, or online platforms.
- Receive, count, and record stock items accurately.
- Manage the packing and unpacking of items for storage.
- Verify inventory counts against physical stock and resolve discrepancies.
- Organize items systematically in storage areas for easy access.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including processing work orders.
- Maintain positive interactions with colleagues and customers.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with heavy construction equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work a standard 40-hour week with potential overtime.
- Capability to sit for extended periods.
- Proficient in using office equipment, including phones and computers.
- Able to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with NexGen maintenance software is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
