ITAM Coordinator

The Opportunity

The IT Asset Management Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Manager of IT Asset Management within the IT Procurement team on building out and maintaining a sustainable IT Asset Management capability for all IT categories across QVC, HSN and Cornerstone brands. The IT Asset Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing IT Assets throughout the lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. Responsibilities will include assistance with the procurement of IT equipment, management of the IT asset database, tracking and maintaining accurate inventory records and reorder points, and logistics including managing the incoming and outgoing shipments from the warehouse(s) and storage locations.

• This position is onsite and based in West Chester, PA.

Your Impact

• Partner with IT Procurement team to properly maintain and track accurate stockroom inventory items, quantities and reorder levels to assure business continuity. Maintain accurate records that clearly indicate when new equipment should be ordered and distributed. Physically receive and organize stock levels, asset tag when applicable, and enter appropriate information into QVC's ITAM tool
• Partner with IT Procurement team to properly maintain and track accurate stockroom inventory items, quantities and reorder levels to assure business continuity. Maintain accurate records that clearly indicate when new equipment should be ordered and distributed. Physically receive and organize stock levels, asset tag when applicable, and enter appropriate information into QVC's ITAM tool
• Maintains working knowledge in the IT Asset Management processes as they relate to the acquisition and receiving of new hardware assets. Works closely with Configuration Management personnel to ensure quality and integrity of information supplied by the ITAM system. Partners with necessary teams within IT to ensure hardware asset tracking records are being properly maintained and accurately reflected within ServiceNow
• Manage and maintain QVC's mobile phone program. Process requests in internal ITSM system for all incidents, replacement devices, billing transfers, etc.
• Maintain a clean and easy to navigate physical stockroom. Partner with warehouse team to make sure we are receiving hardware from the dock and storing safely on-site
• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned

What you Bring

• Some college classes completed or actively enrolled in a college program as a part time student
• B.S. or B.A. in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field preferred
• 1+ years in an IT Asset Management, IT Procurement, or similar type of role within IT
• Strong understanding of the current technology landscape. Needs to be well aware of the current trends in the market for all IT software, hardware, support and services related areas
• Ability to manage mobile devices and porting phones to company plan
• Provide continuous improvement and risk mitigation while managing all hardware assets across the QVC family of companies
• Must possess the ability to work cross-functionally with IT, IT Procurement, multiple business stakeholders, and third-party software providers to establish a technology asset inventory which includes software, hardware and services
• Experience with procurement, inventory and tracking of computer products
• Detailed knowledge of desktop hardware and software operating system and peripheral technologies required
• Effective relationship building skills and ability to partner with stakeholders and colleagues
