Financial and Administrative Coordinator

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute order processing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and daily financial tasks
  • Deliver administrative support to the sales team with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge for assisting customers and colleagues
  • Participate in cross-training with other administrative personnel for comprehensive departmental support

Qualifications

Compensation: Please include your salary expectations with your application

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
