Business Growth Specialist

As a Business Growth Specialist at Johnstone Supply - J Team Group, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. With a strong focus on sales process planning and implementation, you will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, working closely with our sales executives to develop and execute effective sales plans.
With a minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience in the business-to-business HVAC/R industry, you will be responsible for researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest in our products and services. You will also maintain awareness of competitor pricing, product lines, and value propositions, and adjust market and sales strategies accordingly.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
