Territory Business Development Specialist Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role as a Territory Business Development Specialist for Johnstone Supply - J Team Group. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve territory goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of documented successful direct sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC industry and market trends

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
