Territory Business Development Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role as a Territory Business Development Specialist for Johnstone Supply - J Team Group. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve territory goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve territory goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of documented successful direct sales experience
- Strong understanding of the HVAC industry and market trends
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
