Business Growth Specialist

This Sales Development Representative position is an exciting opportunity to join EAB's Partner Development team, working closely with senior executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to support new business acquisition goals
- Leverage various resources, including Salesforce, social media, and predictive modeling tools, to identify and contact qualified executives and organizations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners through effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, or equivalent work environment
The compensation package includes a base salary range of $42,000-$46,000 per year, with the potential for variable compensation based on performance. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, featuring medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 20+ days of PTO annually.
