Grazitti Interactive Inc. is seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager for a remote position. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives focused on demand generation and growth strategies.

As a Demand Generation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to enhance our marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility, sales enablement, and pipeline development. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing and automation to facilitate lead generation, scoring, and nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve substantial year-over-year growth in qualified leads and pipeline through the development and testing of emails, campaigns, and web forms.
  • Engage regularly with sales operations and customer teams to analyze responses to marketing campaigns and improve engagement strategies.
  • Create repeatable and self-service reporting tools for the marketing team to evaluate performance across various metrics and uncover insights from the data.
  • Refine existing lead/account workflows and develop new ones to meet evolving business needs.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns, including email creation, dynamic content development, landing page design, and lead scoring.
  • Automate nurture campaigns to ensure timely and relevant content delivery to the right audiences, fostering relationships with potential customers.
  • Maintain and enhance lead/account scoring systems to accurately identify leads/accounts in the buying cycle for effective segmentation and nurturing.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email and lead nurturing processes.
  • Oversee Marketing Operations and align with BDR on lead lifecycle and quality standards for MQLs.
  • Develop target personas and segmentation strategies to refine marketing approaches.
  • Establish processes to assess and enhance the health of the marketing database.
  • Monitor database performance metrics and implement best practices for data optimization and maintenance.
  • Set up quality assurance processes for all marketing initiatives to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Integrate and manage new marketing tools to boost team efficiency and lead quality.
  • Identify and implement new processes that enhance marketing effectiveness in daily operations.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and IT.
  • Explore opportunities to utilize automation for improved marketing outcomes.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot.
  • Hands-on experience in managing targeted email campaigns and social media.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing best practices.
  • Experience in database management and segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is preferred.
  • Front-end development skills, including AJAX and JavaScript frameworks, are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM integrations, such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing strategy.
