About the Role
The Growth Marketing Manager position at Kuraray America, Inc. is a pivotal role that merges technology, marketing, and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Redesign Collaboration: Contribute to redesign efforts to elevate user sign-up rates and overall experience.
  • Referral Program Development: Play a crucial role in promoting and enhancing a referral program to expand our user base.
  • Community Strategy Creation: Develop and scale a community strategy that aligns with our brand's mission and growth objectives.
  • Email Marketing Management: Plan and execute engaging email campaigns to retain and engage users.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including case studies and blogs, to showcase our platform's strengths and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with partners to create impactful testimonials and case studies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing or related sectors.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
