Role Responsibilities

We are seeking operators to support our marketing operations. This position will encompass logistical coordination, shipping management, and potential marketing contributions.

Work Schedule: On-site in Mountain View, CA, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, three days a week.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on-site with our team to deliver marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with designers to produce marketing materials (static, video, etc.).
  • Manage logistical planning for marketing events, ensuring timely delivery of materials and managing inventory.
  • Handle physical marketing materials, including lifting and transporting boxes as necessary.
  • Identify and rectify data discrepancies, communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional communication during interactions with potential partners and clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations leaders to ensure precise data management and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Google Suite, especially Google Sheets/Excel) with a capacity for basic data analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from marketing and sales data.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment with frequent changes and challenges.
