Qualifications
Education:

Experience:
Over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, showcasing thought leadership, subject matter expertise, and a proven track record as a driver of learning and growth.

Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing team, with experience in mentoring, coaching, and guiding team members.

Strategic Thinking:
Exceptional capacity to think strategically and translate business needs into learning and growth opportunities that yield results.

Collaboration:
Strong history of partnering with people leaders, executives, and subject matter experts to identify and address developmental needs within an organization.

Change Management:
Proven ability to drive organizational change, focusing on integrating and adopting new learnings, best practices, and tools to stimulate growth.

Industry Knowledge:
Current knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the marketing and communications field, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform team strategies and objectives.
