Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a skilled and motivated Demand Generation Manager focused on enhancing customer growth within our Commercial sector. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers continue to find value in our offerings while uncovering opportunities for cross-selling.

Strategic Development and Implementation:

  • Design and implement comprehensive demand-generation strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement and cross-sell potential.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to synchronize objectives, target demographics, and campaign initiatives.

Campaign Oversight:

  • Plan, create, and oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email, webinars, content marketing, paid media, and social platforms.
  • Refine campaigns based on performance analytics to maximize ROI and audience engagement.

Customer Growth Initiatives:

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer base.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing product utilization and adoption.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights to enhance future initiatives.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

Content Creation:

  • Work with sales and product teams to produce targeted content that supports sales strategies.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blog entries, and infographics, tailored to the interests of target audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Engage closely with various teams, including sales, customer success, and leadership, to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration to share insights and optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, particularly in integrated campaigns and demand generation.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer marketing or growth marketing, ideally within the software or SaaS sector.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
