Senior Manager of Product Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled professional to take on the role of Senior Manager of Product Marketing at Lightmatter. This position focuses on outbound marketing strategies, event coordination, social media engagement, and public relations. As a pivotal member of the Product team, you will play a crucial role in launching products into the market, crafting compelling messaging and collateral, and orchestrating events that align with our strategic business goals.

Your responsibilities will include establishing communication with media representatives and industry influencers, creating promotional materials and campaigns, and engaging in direct discussions with key opinion leaders. You will need to translate complex technological concepts into clear and engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, FAQs, and video scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that fosters impactful campaigns, events, and initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Outline marketing and launch strategies that encompass messaging, positioning, and differentiation, and oversee their execution.
  • Lead the planning and execution of industry trade shows, including event research and collaboration with creative teams for the development of branded materials.
  • Develop public relations campaigns and media outreach strategies.
  • Create and oversee the production of high-quality marketing content, such as case studies, whitepapers, presentations, blogs, and web content.
  • Formulate and execute robust social media strategies.
  • Manage the design and implementation of social media campaigns.
  • Monitor media coverage and stay informed about the latest trends in social media best practices.
  • Prepare technical content for various formats, including blogs, white papers, webinars, and presentations.
  • Revise and update promotional materials and publications, including brochures, videos, and social media posts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor sector.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Technology Product Marketing, and Event Coordination.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing plans.
  • Innovative thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing abilities with experience in creating diverse content for B2B marketing channels.
  • Established relationships and experience with business and industry media.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging and persuasive communications.
  • Proficient in social media management, including blogs, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, social media analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of brand development and the ability to create, write, and implement strategic communications and marketing plans.
  • Capability to establish KPIs, goals, and benchmarks to enhance campaign and project performance.
  • Exceptional teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-driven, creative, energetic, resourceful, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with optical or silicon photonic products and technologies is advantageous.

We offer competitive compensation. The base salary range for this role, including all US locations, is $205,000-$255,000. Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, educational background, and market data.
