Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Waterco. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, including scheduling and billing for services, deliveries, and new installations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, moderate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in a sales/marketing environment preferred.
  • Data Entry: Experience in data entry preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Word and Excel.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Phone Etiquette: Professional phone etiquette.
