Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare exceptional food items in accordance with standardized recipes and guidelines to meet production timelines.
- Serve meals or prepare for delivery while upholding portion control and quality benchmarks.
- Implement proper ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
- Sanitize the kitchen post food preparation, ensuring rigorous cleanliness standards are met.
- Oversee cleanliness in refrigerators and storerooms, ensuring proper storage of food and supplies.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as necessary.
- Assist in production planning, record maintenance, and reporting duties.
- Support the ordering and receiving of food and supplies.
