Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Assistance: Deliver phone-based troubleshooting and support to clients, ensuring prompt and precise resolution of issues.
  • RMA Management: Oversee the Return Merchandise Authorization process, including evaluation, warranty assessments, pricing, and reporting on RMA trends.
  • Customer Education: Facilitate product training sessions for clients as directed by the Training Coordinator.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the database with field reports and engineering modifications, collaborating with regional operations.
  • Field Support: Travel to client locations for system startups, troubleshooting, and related assistance as required.
  • Manufacturing and Engineering Collaboration: Provide support to manufacturing and engineering teams as necessary.


Qualifications:
  • A 2-year technical degree is preferred; 3+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with the HVAC building automation sector is advantageous.
