About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and clean environment for our members and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting regular safety sweeps and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, while following company procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks as needed, responding to spills, and operating floor scrubbers.
  • Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the company's Environmental Sustainability Program.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies needed to ensure a safe and clean facility.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
