About the Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive salary range to attract top talent and reward hard work and dedication.

About the Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related field (for Program Supervisor I)
  • A Masters' Degree from a recognized accrediting agency in psychology, social work, counseling (for Program Supervisor II)
  • At least four years of experience as a HOMEBUILDERS therapist and two years of supervisory experience (for Program Supervisor I)
  • Two years of experience working with children and families (for Program Supervisor II)
