Nursing Leadership Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Leader to oversee the efficient functioning of our PM or night shift, ensuring optimum resident care at our healthcare facility in Maui. This leadership role requires a strong background in geriatrics and current nursing standards of practice, as well as experience in management.
The Role:
- Assure quality of care by enforcing adherence to state board of nursing and state nurse practice act requirements, as well as other governing agency regulations.
- Complete guest care requirements by managing nursing and staff, following up on work results.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience with adequate supervisory experience required.
