About the Job

The Outreach Specialist position at Child & Family Service is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in our community. As an Outreach Specialist, you will be working closely with clients to identify their needs and connect them with resources that can help them heal and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct home visits and assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized plans.
  2. Provide support and guidance to clients as they navigate the recovery process.
  3. Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in social work or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
