Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist IV to join our team at Child and Family Service. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children and families in need.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each family.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote positive behavioral change and improve overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective case management.

Requirements:

  • Masters' Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably in domestic violence or related fields.
  • Demonstrated expertise in family therapy, individual therapy, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

Compensation:

$63,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package.
