About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Specialist II to join our team at Child and Family Service. In this role, you will work directly with families to provide support and education, and help them achieve their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each family
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to families
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to family support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Four years of experience working with families, preferably in a child welfare setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
