About the Position

In this role, you will work directly with families to provide guidance, support, and resources to help them navigate the challenges they face. You will work closely with Care Coordinators and Treatment Teams to ensure the needs of each family are met, and develop services based on the requests of each family.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct services to families, including counseling, support groups, and educational workshops;
  • Developing services based on the requests of each family;
  • Participating in meetings with families to support and encourage their voice to be heard;
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • At least six months of experience working with families who have experienced trauma;
  • Been certified or eligible to become certified as a Parent Support Provider (PSP) by the National Federation of Families in Children's Mental Health or the equivalent;

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
