About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Professional to join our team at Cascade Industries as an Employee in Controlling for Bank Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Identification and Analysis: Identify, measure, and control relevant risks of the bank, conducting systematic analysis to ensure effective risk management.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Create risk reports and prepare evaluations and analyses tailored to specific target groups, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Risk Inventory and Process Development: Participate in risk inventories and provide input for the development of risk management and control processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare reports for associations and banking supervision, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Create mass data changes (CI batch) and IDA evaluations, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
