Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for the jewelry industry.
  • Proficient in using sales software, including inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of gems, diamonds, gold, and other types of jewelry.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality products to customers.
