Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming events.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals set by the company.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established jewelry brand image.
- Continuously expand product knowledge and sales skills by participating in educational and training opportunities.
- Manage inventory and ensure items are displayed in the most attractive way.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on jewelry sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for the jewelry industry.
- Proficient in using sales software, including inventory management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is a plus.
- Knowledge of gems, diamonds, gold, and other types of jewelry.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality products to customers.
