About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Senior Coach Counselor to join our team at Rite of Passage. As a Senior Coach Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping at-risk youth achieve their full potential and develop the skills they need to succeed in life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each youth
  • Provide guidance and support to youth in achieving their academic, vocational, and personal goals
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to youth development
  • Monitor and report on youth progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for success
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in youth development and treatment
Requirements
  • 1-year prior experience working with at-risk youth in a similar position or at least 60 hours of college education in a directly related field of study
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Able to work morning shifts from 7am to 3pm
  • Valid driver's license
