We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Hermès South Coast Plaza Boutique. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in achieving sales and customer service objectives while adhering to operational asset protection standards.
Key Responsibilities- Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective targets.
- Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support the sales effort and overall client experience.
- Maintain selling floor standards, including straightening, filling in, and replenishing new receipts, physical EAS tagging, ticketing, and inventory preparation.
- Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts, CRM files, and administrative support of after-sales service.
- Partner with management on POS decisions and communicate discrepancies during opening, closing, and general POS variances.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation at all times.
- Comply with all asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, and key control and merchandise security.
- Practice appropriate AP techniques and respect physical EAS tagging guidelines.
- Prepare for physical inventory and participate in monthly cycle counts.
- Provide high levels of service to clients, including prompt and friendly greetings, assistance with wrapping and packaging, and answering questions.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
- Even-tempered with ability to continuously multi-task.
- Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Open availability to accommodate needs of the business.
- Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
