Job Description

The Account Management & Strategy Lead is a key hire for our Account Management & Strategy department. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining partner relationships, driving strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional client services.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Relationship Management - Own partner relationships and communication, providing white-glove service levels and maintaining a 12-hour SLA for responding to clients.
  • Research and Insights - Perform research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for current and prospective partners and informing our product offering.
  • Pre-Sales and RFPs - Own pre-sales, including partner communications, and manage the RFP submission process from start to finish.
  • Post-Sales Campaign Execution - Lead internal and external communications, ensure timely execution of content production and ad delivery, and manage post-campaign tasks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with internal teams to develop ideas for partners and drive business growth.
