Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily reconciliations of the general ledger and cash using spreadsheet software.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for corporate analysis.
  • Develop schedules for amortization and depreciation.
  • Perform weekly reconciliations for all operational bank accounts.
  • Calculate daily cash requirements.
  • Facilitate daily ACH and wire transfers.
  • Manage intercompany transactions including sending, receiving, and posting funds.
  • Reconcile intercompany financial activities.
  • Handle accounts payable by reviewing and processing invoices, and issuing payments through various methods.
  • Manage accounts receivable by applying payments within the servicing system.
  • Process non-sufficient funds (NSF) payments on a daily basis.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
