About the RoleThe Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service, sales support, and account management. With a strong focus on building long-term relationships, this individual will design and implement tailored sales strategies to meet customer objectives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to understand their evolving needs and preferences.

- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, provide timely support as needed, and ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, account activities, and performance metrics.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales account management, with a strong understanding of customer relationship development and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
- A competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
