Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at OMSI - Oregon Museum of Science & Industry. This is a salaried position, with an estimated annual salary of $70,000-$90,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase revenue growth and expand program participation.
  • SOURCE NEW BUSINESS: Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to identify new business opportunities and close sales deals.
  • MANAGE DATABASES: Update and maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and sales performance metrics.
  • COLLABORATE WITH TEAM MEMBERS: Work closely with Program Sales Coordinators to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales efforts.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of cumulative experience in sales, marketing, or account management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
