About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Support Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and work-life balance.

As a Help Desk Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop applications.

You will troubleshoot network protocols, software, and hardware issues, and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
