Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician III to join our team at G2 Innovative Solutions Inc. As a key member of our help desk department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to all phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
• Assign time and leave units as needed
• Update employee profiles and perform validation overrides
• Perform tour of duty unit maintenance and gather reports as requested
• Participate in special projects and contribute to the growth and success of the company

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Working Environment
This is a remote work opportunity with occasional travel to VA facilities required.
