About This Opportunity
">GCS Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team.
">Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and software applications.
- Document and track all technical issues and resolutions.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
">Requirements:
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Desktop OS.
- Experience with public cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure and 365).
- Knowledge of MacOS and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with common desktop applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Experience with server backup applications (Datto, Veeam, Appassure/Rapid Recovery).
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere and Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with VOIP solutions (Ring Central).
