Job Description

The Front Desk Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk. This position is responsible for supervising staff, managing daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Manage daily operations, including handling guest complaints, responding to emergency situations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-year college degree required.
  • Experience in similar leadership role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of front desk operations, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
