Territory Sales Director

At Cornerstone Building Brands, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic plans to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.
About the JobThis is a remote role based out of a home office with occasional overnight travel required. The ideal candidate will be living in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue in assigned territories
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company objectives
We offer a competitive $75,000 + incentive + auto allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO compensation package. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry
- Strong understanding of sales management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
