About the Job

This is a remote role based out of a home office with occasional overnight travel required. The ideal candidate will be living in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue in assigned territories
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company objectives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry
  • Strong understanding of sales management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
