**Job Overview:**

As a Account Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in a designated territory. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions that meet their business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with good mechanical ability
  • Minimum 2/3 years lubricant or automotive retail and commercial segments experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission.
