Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team at Michael Page in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the renewable energy and waste management sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the renewable energy, environmental technology, or waste management sectors. You will have a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and waste digestion processes, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and industries for renewable energy and waste digestion solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their sustainability goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
