Territory Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Work a part-time schedule of approximately 20-30 hours per week, visiting 10 grocery stores per day to improve in-store presence and sell Basemakers' brands.
- Build and maintain relationships with store managers, brand partners, and internal teams to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
- Capture brand data using mobile phone apps and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales goals.
- Positive mindset, high emotional intelligence, and grit to excel in a self-directed environment.
- Experience in route sales, brand ambassadorship, or similar territory sales experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Premium selling skills and ability to learn and apply sales techniques quickly.
- Passion for representing Basemakers' brand partners in the natural and specialty foods space.
- Track record of success in a highly self-directed environment with a focus on sales growth and brand awareness.
- Professional demeanor and representation in working with internal teams, external partners, and consumers.
- $25,000 base salary + $250 monthly vehicle reimbursement + $272 average monthly commissions.
- Uncapped performance-based commissions with opportunities to increase sales and brand presence.
