Financial Reporting Manager

As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering financial planning and analytical support to the executive team. Your responsibilities will encompass the creation and upkeep of financial models, projecting future financial outcomes, and scrutinizing past financial data. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will contribute to the formulation of strategic initiatives and facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and sustain comprehensive financial models, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Examine historical financial data to discern patterns and insights.
  • Project future financial outcomes while identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to devise strategic plans and support data-driven business decisions.
  • Deliver financial analysis and insights on various topics, including pricing strategies, profitability assessments, and workforce planning.
  • Supervise the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software tools.
