Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in the Lincoln, NE area. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the branch's utilization and risk mitigation, developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing dealer customers, auctions, and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential risks by analyzing data, observing processes, and talking to dealers
  • Perform repossessions and collections efforts, including physically repossessing vehicles, completing condition reports, and assisting in the sale of vehicles
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing dealer customers, auctions, and other financial institutions
  • Visit dealer customers, auctions, and other industry partners to better understand their needs and increase unit counts and utilization
  • Build brand awareness to auction partners and dealers to obtain new customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of automotive or financial service industry experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
