Job Description

As an Account Executive at Michael Page, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and lead generation.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from initial contact to close of sale.
  • Managing a portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new.
  • Searching, sourcing, and screening potential candidates using multiple online resources.

You will build close relationships with clients and help their businesses grow by developing and delivering tailored solutions for attracting top talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates.
  • Mentoring and developing entry-level sales consultants across the office.
  • Participating in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and rates with clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team is preferred, but not required.
  • High energy, determination, and resilience.
  • A proven track record of success.
  • A strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team.
