About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our team at Amazon Business. As a key member of our acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving global acquisition campaign strategies across Onsite channels and enabling more small businesses to unlock the value of Amazon Business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Creation and Deployment: Develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch Onsite campaigns that inspire consumers and drive business customers acquisition.
  • Maintain Campaign Health: Build and monitor reports across active campaigns to ensure they are functioning properly and deep dive into issues affecting program health.
  • Establish Best Practices and Drive Channel Consistency: Work to drive best practices and consistency within the team and serve as the liaison with Amazon Business central Onsite Marketing Team to ensure alignment with Amazon-wide standards and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with local marketing Managers, the WW Onsite Marketing Team, and other internal stakeholders to create customer obsessed experiences for Amazon Business customers.
  • Develop and optimize a rapid experimentation plan. Test and refine new approaches to reach and engage key prospect audiences.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (ie Excel, Tableau)
  • Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Practical knowledge on digital marketing practices for customer acquisition, including CRM tools, A/B testing methodologies, content creation, and asset building. SQL knowledge for data analysis, as a plus.
