Job Title: Manager of Cybersecurity Talent Acquisition

We're seeking an experienced Manager of Cybersecurity Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and build a high-performing team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top cybersecurity professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top cybersecurity talent.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position SpyCloud as an employer of choice in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts.
  • Develop relationships with universities and industry organizations to attract emerging cybersecurity talent.
  • Leverage recruitment technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and promote an inclusive hiring process.
  • Lead and mentor the recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years in recruiting leadership roles, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Proven success in recruiting cybersecurity professionals and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity talent needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics for decision-making.
  • Ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Experience in managing and leading diverse recruiting teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
