Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in marketing, employer branding, or related roles. Five (5) years of experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to navigate through multiple approvals and challenges.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in graphic design and video editing, familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies, previous experience in a corporate recruitment, and previous experience in Renewables.
