Legal Administrative Coordinator

A reputable and expanding Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to the Managing Attorney.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial client intake through various communication methods.
- Accurately input data into legal software systems in an organized fashion.
- Prepare and dispatch letters of representation.
- Verify insurance coverages and facilitate treatment arrangements.
- Assist with various pre-litigation and litigation tasks, including mentoring new staff as required.
- Manage human resources functions.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Track and maintain staff hours and paid time off.
- Address staff inquiries and resolve any personnel issues.
- Support the interview process for new hires.
- Coordinate vendor and office management tasks.
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors and office-related matters.
- Procure office and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Assist the Owner with marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and business networking events.
- Participate in networking events and occasionally represent the firm at group meetings.
- Perform light bookkeeping duties.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounts payable and receivable, as well as bar dues.
- Experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing and social media strategies, including SEO.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive and approachable demeanor.
